What should be my main priority when upgrading my current build 

*Note I have 2 Hdd 1 TB WD Blue and 2 Tb Seagate

It depends I guess, are you happy with the performance as is?

 

If you don't have an SSD that might be the priority.

I don't usually influence my buying decisions based on leaks, unless they're very detailed (which means the leaked thing is right around the corner).

I think what you should ask yourself is: Is my RX580 fast enough for my needs?

 

Also, you didn't mention an SSD in your build, do you have one?

That should be your next upgrade then.

Get a decent M.2 like Sabrent Rocket (which I think comes with software to migrate your OS to the drive), it'll massively improve your general experience with the machine.

 

If you get a 1TB SSD, you'll have space for a few games. If there's a game where you'll get an advantage for loading in quickly, you can put that game on your SSD.
