Which T-Shirt size to get from LTT store?

Hello! 
 

I always wanted to buy LTT Merch and I finally have the time and money to buy some :D!

 

I live in Germany and therefore have European  size. 
The problem here is that I am not really sure which size to get from the LTT store. 
I mostly wear M but I am pretty sure that European/German M isn‘t equal to American/Canadian M.

I need your guidance here... which shirt size would or could fit me?
