Help for folding!

Hello guys. I was folding on my old PC (i7 4790k, gtx 1050) slowly but steady
Recently i changed to Ryzen 7 3800k, 2060 super and the client can't be tunned to a steady low power use
The screenshot bellow is at LIGHT power
i just wat to run at 10-15 % at 8 cores. Even when i set the core use t o1 core, i have 1 core to 100% while the others are at Idle
Good thing is that i got from 4,410,00 to 4,850,00 in 7 hours if not less

You can't tell it to do what you want it to do. When you tell F@H how many threads to use it will use each thread at 100% usage, you can really only control the total CPU usage. If you want to use 10-15% of set the thread count to about 2 and the power bar to full.
