Intel optane vs nvme vs sata ssd

Has anyone upgraded from a sata ssd to an optane ssd? Pretty much what im asking is people who have used an optane ssd (not the caching version) how would you describe general system responsiveness and program loading time vs a nvme ssd or a sata ssd. This isn't a topic about if its worth it this is solely about the experience. Also anyone who has used a very fast (high iops) nvme ssd can you describe the jump from a sata ssd? general system responsiveness and program loading time? Thank you for all your responses!

For me going from a SATA SSD to NVMe, in terms of me actually seeing a difference in latency. I did not. For most of my daily operations I saw little to no difference at all. The benefits came from when I wanted to transfer files faster than 6Gbit.
