Guys, help me please!

  I bought a pc today and it is not installing the nvidia geforce experience or the video card driver, we tried to install even an older driver it says that any driver is not compatible with the windows version, windows is a 10 already updated to its latest version, the pc all parts are working and everything was bought new at Kabum and Pichau(great companies in Brazil), the video card is working because it is giving video and the cable is directly connected to it because my processor has no video (ryzen 5 2600), we even tried to install the driver by another type of program and it does not install, I tried to unzip the rar file of the driver, it doesn’t let me install it anymore, I don’t know what to do anymore and it’s all new generation, follow specs:

Not enough info as to what happened that would have caused this.

 

That said, you might want to backup your data, format, and install a fresh copy of Windows 10 (version 2004) on the drive. Also, nVidia just released the 451.48 driver, so use that.

What do you mean by bought ? 

Was it used before ? Or is it a prebuilt ?

Try flashing the card with a consumer firmware , maybe it was used for mining  ,

i bought ALL THE PARTS new, my windows is the w10 pro last version(i did the update), the nvidia driver and the nvidia geforce experience don't intall, they show in the screen "your windows version is not compatible" BUT IS ALL NEW!!! idk what to do anymore, everytime my pc builts got a problem...
