I was thinking about ordering a 750ti to put in my wife's gaming rig and take the two 6770 cards out but now I'm thinking about buying a mars 2 and replacing my 290 with it and just putting my 299 in my wife's pc...does anyone own a mars 2 that can comment on the performance of the card?

For the price of it you can get two 770's for SLI, so don't go for the mars 760

Just don't. It's REALLY not worth it. Go for a normal 760 and save some money.

Just buy two GTX 770 4GB cards. It's vastly superior. More VRAM, more GPU power, better gaming potential.

The MARS is equal performance to a 780 Ti, but the 780 Ti is cheaper.

You'd be better off with a 780 Ti or using a dual solution with two actual cards.

A single GTX 780 would be the best option if you want to get rid of the 290.

I like to experiment and collect graphics cards and other PC parts and the mars card is pretty unique I'm just gonna buy it and a 750ti I guess
