Hi I would like to ask about any possible fix for "micro-stutter" ?

I am capable of playing Metro Last Light on High settings no SSAO on DX10 at 900p with No stutter or lag or FPS drop below 37, But when it comes to Skyrim, Thief, Battlefield, (often FPS games) but even really small games like Smite and a japanese game called PSO2 have lately been stuttering a lot even on vary low settings.

And please before you look at my specs and call me some sort of AMD fanboy or say my GPU is shit ect, ect, 1. NO the 7750 is perfectly OK for gaming CLEARLY running 900p on metro LL on High settings is OK is it not? Secondly It was my first computer and still is, and I do plan to upgrade but please I am looking for solutions not hardware wars, Also I have not used mantle but the problem extends from mantle enabled games so please ignore mantle.

I know that AMD had some pretty big issues with frame timings and stuttering before, but they supposedly fixed it. Have you made sure your drivers are up to date?

Also what @Scia said. It could just be frames dropping.

Also, a 75GHz monitor refresh rate? Holy crap. (I joke)

Have you monitored your FPS with something like fraps to make sure it's micro stutter and not simply FPS drops?

Yes i used both razer game booster (not boosted) fraps, and mirilis action on the first 5 minutes of thief. All reported vary similar FPS rates with no instant drops.
