HEY ALL i have a i5-9300H WITH A GTX 1660TI AND 16GB OF RAM BUIT I GET ONLY 100+ FPS IN CSGO ON LOW.I CHECKED THE TASK MANAGER AND IT SAYS IT USES THE DEDICATED GPU BUT IDK WHY THE FPS IS QUITE LOW FOR THIS HARDWARE.I DO NOT HAVE THE SAME ISSUE IN OTHER GAMES.CAN U HELP ME

Looks like the CPU is your limiting factor. The 9300H is a pretty low-performance chip.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
