sir, which one is better, PSU Seasonic S12II-450 EVO 450W. or be quiet! SYSTEM POWER U9 400W - 80+ Bronze ?

and my pc dell vostro 260, can those psu fit on my case?

 

i5-2400, ram 4gbX2, 1ssd, 1hdd, gtx 1050/1050ti non power pin

The System Power U9 is much better. 

If your computer supports a standard ATX PSU then it should fit.

Make sure this OEM doesnt use proprietary a PSU and Motherboard
