SSD Cache

Ok so im a little out of my depth,  I run a fairly large plex media server as well as several game servers, i am looking into setting up an ssd cache to improve the read and write speeds for my storage drives but i am not sure what software to use, or if it would be beneficial enough compared to the rate it will eat an ssd.  my current settup is a ryzen 3600 cpu rx590 gpu , samsung 970evo nvme that runs windows and 4 4tb wd red 5400 rpm storage drives, i have a brand new 500gb samsung sata ssd , what would you guys recommend ?

what os?

Plex won't really be affected by a ssd cache, but having a disk for the temp files from transcoding can be nice.

Game servers don't normally have big files, so just have a small ssd for them to run off of.

If your using vms, id put the boot disk of the vms on the ssd, and the plex media on the hdds.
