Considering how bad and shit this model is, I'd say get a replacement and get a good quality unit this time.

A Be Quiet Pure Power Gold or Corsair CX Bronze for example. Running a shit power supply outs the entire system at risk of damage in a critical event scenario

You're probably fine with it. They'd have to be a bit mean not to accept it, besides, it has nothing to do with the issue they are responsible for.

i hope so because i read somewhere that they only void warranty if the scratch is so deep or the one responsible for the issue which is not because i got it after the issue

i hope the replace it for me  Thank you btw

MWE models are just as bad. MWE Gols is the cheapest Cooler Master one that would work. As for thermalfake, the SMART models are all junk, you really have to look at the ToufhPower models for a half decent unit

Well, depending where you live, there is a lot of BS going around warranty voids.

There is always the chance the company can refuse to honor warranty based on any BS, and depending where you live, you can have good resources to fight it back or not.

I've sent a scratched PS4 on an RMA and had no issues on it, same as a worn out mechanical keyboard and a mouse.

The only issue I ever had with it was with a tablet which the wi-fi adapter died and was refused due to cracked screen glass.

one question can the store refuse it ? or the after buy service ? because im giving it to the store so he can send it to them ;  which one of them has the right to refuse things like these ?

Depends on the rules where you live. Here, stores can but usually they don't and leave up to the distributor or whoever is up the line. You can take it up to the manufacturer if they support a direct line however.

If they refuse though and you believe it is unfairly, you can leave a complain.
