Can't delete windows default language

yeah i set it to english but I just can't delete dutch (I am dutch but i  prefer english lol)

Hmm, nevermind, you could just keep using dutch as a method to practice your dutch, I mean maybe it could be done in control panel

You can't delete the main language (the one of the installer used to install the system). You can set your language as default everywhere, but a few things like recovery and the boot menu will always be in the base language.
