power supply PSU is super loud

So I'm currently having a problem with noise out of my pc and I've finally figured out it's my fan in my PSU making the noise. I have a refurbished cx750m (Corsair 750w) from Amazon. It's currently in a Anidees ai crystal cube. It's mainly made for water cooling from what I can tell but I do air. There is not much breathing with the PSU but I also think it might be my PSU fan. Should I try to replace the PSU fan or is there something creative I can do in the case?

Had it long?  Might try a different one from amazon.  Kinda wondering if the refurbishment was someone sent it back because it was loud

I have had the power supply for a little over a year now but if I was to get a new power supply what one should I get if I want it to be quiet and powerful. (I run a Ryzen 2700x with a RTX 2070)

If it needs a warranty repair there may still be warranty.  PSUs often have quite long multi year warranties these days.  It may not be warranty though.  I like @Juular’s question.  The kind of noise could describe the type of problem.  One other thought might be to pick it up, shake it, and see if it rattles.  If it does there’s a non zero chance there’s foreign material in it which wouldn’t be a warranty repair.  Still might not be.
