So I recently upgraded my pc and I overclocked my cpu and enabled xmp profile to get 3200 MHz ram, I stress tested and all and all seemed stable until I noticed that it will work for like 3-4 days then one day when I turn on the pc it’s stuck in a boot loop. After a few tries it turns on with voltages and clock speeds resettled, my cpu is the Ryzen 3600 and I overclocked to 4.2ghz at 1.325v and the ram is at 3200mhz at 1.35v. Any idea what’s going on here?

Are you on the latest BIOS for your mobo?

How did you validate it being stable? RAM overlcocking can be a HUGE PITA, and extremely hard to diagnose if some is wrong.

The best way to start trouble shooting is to change something back to stock, and see if the issue goes away, and keep going that until it does, then you can try and narrow in on the issue. But first, how did you verify its stability?

Well for cpu I used cinebench and cpu burner on top of playing games and streaming for a few hours with no issues, and for ram I didn’t do anything specific since I used the same ram in my last build with the same xmp profile active with 0 issues. And no I’m not on the latest mobo bios.

I would defiantly get on the newest BIOS. And to test stability use something like Asus real bench for 8 hours. For RAM specific tests you can use other things, but I would just start with that, and if it works, its "fine".
