Well you're missing a motherboard and the case looks like it'll be terrible for airflow (but that's unfortunately pretty much the norm for cases nowadays). I'd go for 3600MHz CL16 instead of 3200MHz memory, maybe a better PSU like a Corsair CX550, TX550M or be quiet Pure Power Gold 500W, and I would also ditch the aftermarket cooler for the CPU if it meant that I could get a better GPU with the money saved, like a 5600XT 14Gbps for example.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

@Mateyyy is right here - the stock cooler on AMD cpus is actually pretty decent and surprisingly not ugly (Intel stock cooler anyone?), so don't bother with aftermarket (unless you're planning to overclock).

Next up, RAM. AMD cpus actually benefit significantly from faster RAM, so 3600 would be a good call.

Finally, PSU. DO NOT COMPROMISE ON THE PSU! Get a reputable brand name with at least 80+ bronze. Why? Let's say your GPU breaks. Big deal! Couple of hundred euro. (actually quite a big deal). But if your PSU blows up, it could surge and destroy the entire system. A lot more than a "couple hundred" euro.

GPU - if you've saved enough from removing the cooler, buy a better one! 5700xt is a decent choice.

Since I'm from Poland as well, I'll just create a partlist on a known Polish retailer's site.

What's your budget? (In PLN)

This would be my suggestion

Few things:

-Tomohawk is a better motherboard but the Asrock should be fine and saves you €30.

-If you want maximum gaming performance drop down to a 3300X and use the extra money to get a 5700XT.

-You could get a cheaper case but this one has decent airflow and includes 3 fans

Hope this helps :)

edit: I used the German PC part picker so I hope these prices are accessible to you

Around 4000 zl (900 Euro) can go a bit higger.

Is the monitor also within that budget?

By the way guys,
What do you think of building a PC from ordered part on my own, or outsource it to a professional (just piece it together)
I fell kind of afraid to do it on my own, mostly that i'll break something expensive. How real is that possibility?

It's not hard to build a PC on your own, however if you just don't want to do it, you can pay a small fee at the retailer's website for them to build the PC from the parts you've chosen.

I know that in Poland the retailer morele.net offers that possibility.

I'd still advise you to watch a few videos on how to build a PC and then decide for yourself.
