Upgrade help!

Okay guys i am upgrading my PC with an Asrock H310CM-HDV/M.2 and an Intel core i3-9100f because now i got an i5 4th gen.

And up until now I've been excited and now i'm worried because i remembered that the bios can be pretty annoying, my question is will my mobo require a bios update for the CPU to operate and if it does 

what happens next do i go to a local computer guy and tell him to update my bios or will the system boot up with an unrecognized CPU?

It's really bad value 

Get a 3100 and a b450 pro 4 and that will be alot better 

Also that h310 board is subpart and the 9100f is really bad

i know im gonna upgrade in the future but im finishing my senior year now and in cyprus we gotta do a year of mandatory army training and i gotta drop a grand on equipment so that why im going with this low-end combo

That combo is only slightly more expensive lol

i mean i already ordered the parts that's an F in the chat

It most likely won't 

Go to a computer store and ask if they can update the bios for you

That's not much of an upgrade. Both are quad cores that lack HT. If you actually want to upgrade you should get at least the R3 3300X and a B450 mobo to make the change worth it.

also my CPU is is pretty much fried i can;t even play league without reaching 100% cpu usage(i5 4590 @3.2GHz/ GTX 1060 3Gb /16 Gb DDR3 ram)

and i going for 16 DDR4 2400 speed and the i3-9100f turbo boosted to 4.2 GHz

That's probably going to happen with the 9100f

Ipc improvements are very little  and they both lack HT
