Cooler Master not responding to help tickets?

So 11 days ago I submitted a help ticket for my Cooler Master keyboard, since the d key is sometimes not registering keystrokes. I didn't fill out the full form since I couldn't figure out how to get it to let me, so I just submitted a description of the problem.

I probably shouldn't have done this but I submitted another ticket 6 days ago with most of the form filled out, minus the serial number of my keyboard since it still wouldn't let me submit it.

I haven't gotten any response from them besides the automated one, which is kind of frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing long wait times for help tickets?

unfortunately cooler master is kind of known for this, at least from what i have heard. you could try social media, i have seen companies reply to people on social media since it's public, and they don't want to look bad.

Dang. That's kinda scummy. I'll give that a shot though

I had a similar experience.  I tried to contact them for the dying pump on my ML240R, and for the dying bearings in my 3-pack MF120R, but they just never replied. I'm just going to cut my losses and not give them my buisness again.
