Navigating with the keyboard masks the issue, but unless you're planning on really tuning an overclock you won't need to spend much time in the BIOS anyway.

Hmm. I dont remember the bios being laggy before i updated it to jump from 2600x to 3700x

Perhaps I'm just not seeing it in the video, it looks pretty similar to any other BIOS I've worked with, and significantly less laggy than some (*cough* dell bios *cough*). It's annoying, but the performance of the BIOS won't affect the performance of your computer, so it's not too big an issue.
