Stereo Mix (Windows 10 Input Setting) doesn't work with an audio interface (UMC404HD)?

I can't get Stereo Mix to record my computer's audio anymore when I'm using my audio interface. Any idea on how to fix this?

Why do you want stereo mix to record your PC Audio? 

Just so we have a better idea of possible fixes.

I was watching a stream and noticed its audio was very quiet. I wanted to record stereo mix to get an idea of the levels.
