Rig not booting

Hey guys I just replaced my power supply and I've really run out of solutions, so my pc wont display anything or detect a mouse and keyboard  but it turns on the cuy fan is spinning  so are psu and gpu fans. I cleared the cmos, reseated  all my components, have not gotten a beep from the motherboard, checked my monitor is working its saying its waiting for an input signal I'm using a 2600 on an asrock a320mvdhl4, corsair vs450 and rx560 it worked perfectly with my old power supply till it died all of a sudden any tips or suggestions guys this really sucks I'm a student only working  part time in africa and this really took an arm and a leg to get I hope it's not a mobo issue

Nothing. It switches on as if everything is fine but nothing happens afterwards. Mouse, keyboard and monitor are all off, all USB ports aren't working either even front panel USB.
