I have a 2070 Super with a 3800x.

I get around 130-140 FPS with all settings on high. RTX off.

Is this good? Should I be getting better performance from the 2070 Super? When I crank everything up to maxed out settings and RTX on I get around 100-120 FPS

RTX costs a lot of FPS

Sounds pretty good fps, if you ask me.
I would be happy with that on 1080p.

I get around the same fps using an rtx 2080 super and a ryzen 5 3600. considering that the difference is very small between 2080s and 2070s it seems like your game is running fine. i get on max settings1080p no rtx 120-170 fps most of the times in the 130's and 140's. you're all good man
