MoBo form factor & case questions

I have a couple questions, as I'm looking to buy a new build Q4 of this year. I have much planned out, but are considering case and motherboard possibilities.
Feel free to answer these questions as good as you can. I'm open for any help.

Let me know if any further information is helpful.

- Will i loose out on features with a high-end mATX?
- Can i get a good overclock with a mATX board?
- Is it better to go for a small ATX case?
- Can a mATX or small ATX case provide airflow sutable for overclocking(GPU & CPU)?
- Does mATX or small ATX cases smaller than 20x40x40cm(WxHxD) exist?


Budget: (including currency): Good quality's price(What quality cost. Not brand or originality).
Country: Denmark.
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, Media, graphic and Video editing.
Goal: Small case build with airflow for overclocking.
Other details: looking to buy in Q4.

No.

With sufficient quality, you should be fine

That's a personal (and physical space) preference. Up to you.

Many of them can, yes. Depends on the case.

Vs ATX you will lose only a few expansion slots.

Yes, depending on the exact board of course.

Define better. If you want a small PC and don't need the extra expansion, it would be better to do mATX, than to cram an ATX system into a too-small case.

Same size case, the mATX one would probably have better cooling. Depends on the exact case.

This one is only a bit bigger than that.
