HDMI Security Streamer

This is probably not possible but at I basically need a thing to stream from an HDMI cable output onto the web (not twitch, youtube etc.) because tis for security cameras, I don't know what platform it would go onto but anything would work and i could host it if necessary. Thanks

HDMI is not networking standard. You would need something that is capable of streaming video and has HDMI input.

you would need a PC with a capture card which then encodes the video and send it to where ever you want it.
