I recently bought an Anet A8 printer and I need something to hold the pla to the bed I seen some bed 'stickers' and I want to know if they are any good or how many prints can it take before it has to be replaced or is there anything better solution to this?

Sometimes it's worth it to check reviews of products to see if they're any good before buying them. I have a Canon that can't pull paper in from the tray, brand new. I have to jam it in by hand every time. Sure, I got the printer with some other stuff for free, but you get the point.

Very helpful..

I use a couple of these on my A8:

They're pretty cheap and work well. Just make sure you get the 220x220 size and clean your hotbed with rubbing alcohol before applying.

Depending on how far I'm willing to go with these, I get between 20-50 prints before I change them out.

I also recommend getting some kind of metal spatula/removal-tool to prevent damage to your surface.

I am very thankful for the help but I have two more questions.

Do they require anything or the plastic sticks to it by itself and is it hard to get it off from the bed?

Sorry for the super late reply!

They usually have an adhesive already applied to the backing. All you have to do is peel and stick.

When you remove them, they typically leave behind the adhesive residue. You can clean this up easily with isopropyl alcohol.
