G'day from down under!

I've recently switched ISPs and have got myself a new Modem/Router combo. The thing is, I've already got a pretty sweet router and don't need the router part of the modem. Just to double check before I actually do it, if I set my modem to "Bridging Mode" (x) will that just turn off the router part of the modem and set it up correctly?

Full network config:

Netcomm NF10W as Modem/Router

Netgear R7000 as Router

It shouldn't????

When enabled if it disables all other options (wifi 2.4 and 5ghz) then you're fine. IF it doesn't make sure those are disabled so you don't have redundant wifi connections in your home.

I fix computers and computer accessories... sometimes... when I want to...
