Lighting not working

Hi, I just bought a touchaqua/bitspower amd kit and the lighting isn’t showing up in aura, and the buttons on the controller that comes with it seem to do nothing. Also, my seperate led strip that is also connected to the motherboard isn’t being controlled by aura. Any suggestions?

Your block lighting looks like it a 3 pin connector the motherboard is 4 pin how are you getting it to hook up?

the kit comes with it’s own adapter

So your using adapter. I don't see anything about that specific adapter. Does it a name for the part, specs or how to use guide?

I'm guessing your trying to use the the adapter from the motherboard to the controller so you can connect all your drgb's and control them with software?

 

The controller's buttons should work with only sata power to it. No need to have it connected to the motherboard drgb header too

can you try unplugging the one in j10 and plugging it into j6

It didn’t change anything, the only one that’s working is the waterblock in any slot but no control

I did, and it did nothing as i said
