What is a cheap GPU

I am in need of a testing GPU just to make sure my system works without having to switch my GPU between systems. 

What would be a cheap gpu to get, I just googled gpu and founds tons but I think knowing names would be easier. I looked up the r7 260 since its the last one I can think of and its like $40-$50.

 

Is there any even cheaper? like super cheap. It just need to be used to boot into windows. (cpu has no igpu)

Go to used site, search "graphics card", sort by price from lowest. Anything that uses PCIe with display output you can use will do

There's just too many to name and the used market never has stable supply of anything, that's why I dont name them and instead, list requirements like PCIe

If I go all vomit mode then for PCIe cards with HDMI:
