Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):Dual 1440p 60hz.

 

I am just looking for a graphics card. Used is fine if I get a better bang for my buck. AMD only though. Thanks.

I'm not too familiar with AMD's WX line of cards or whether Solidworks or Fusion360 would benefit or not from them unfortunately, so I can't really comment on that.
