New pc shows blank screen on bootup

I recently built a pc and all the fans come on and it boots up but nothing is shown on the monitor. There is an input though as it goes from scanning for signal from hdmi to no signal when i plug in the hdmi and it goes into power saving mode. I'm also booting it up with windows installer plugged in so i was hoping that would show but it doesn't. Any help? I have an RX 580 graphics card and the light on the gpu is blue but fans arent running if that helps?

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 @ 3.2Ghz 

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC 

RAM: Team Vulcan DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)

GPU: Zoatac Gtx 1070 8GB 

Case: CoolerMaster Masterbox Lite 5 RGB

Storage: 2TB Toshiba HDD, 120GB WD Green SSD 

PSU: Gigabyte P650B

All good it was my ram I was thinking like doesn’t ram do this and I had to push it in a bit more hhaa
