Help For a virtual machine

Keep a link to the ISO in a folder, as in the link to where it is on the computer. Makes it easy to find and if needed. Also keep an external drive of them if possible. These are tricks I learned when mastering VirtBox

Rufus doesn't make ISOs, it uses them.

You seem to have extracted the files from the ISO. Redownload it and don't extract the files.
