AIO for R7 2700 OCd?

Hi guys! I'm deciding between various options to get a solid cooling solution for my R7 2700 (3700X upgrade in mind). There're several options in my country and I literally have no idea until what point I would be spending more money than necessary. Help me out pls. From low to high price I theoretically can afford any of the following but would be nice to save some money and still get good performance and endurance. I have a bequiet PB500 at the moment, the case supports up to 360 mm radiator. I'm planning to get a Cooler Master TD500 Mesh later on. PSU is waiting for an upgrade to a solid one (I have B tier PSU at the moment).

2700 just needs and air cooler, there really is no meaningful OC for it.

Actually stock frequencies are very low. I would like to go from 3,2-3,4 to 4 GHz plus

I was able to run my 2700 at 4.0 all core with an arctic feezer 34. It's a 20usd 4 heatpipe 120mm cooler... (fyi it tops out at 4.1)

From what I've seen you can't really OC a 3700x either. If you want it to be silent and as cheap as possible, get any noctua, arctic, be quiet or thermalright cooler with 6 or more heatpipes and at least 120mm fan.

Unless you really really really want an aio in your system, I'd suggest an nh-u12a because it's small (<160mm) and powerful af. I bet you could run it at starting pwm, so it would be perfectly silent. It is quite pricey, but still less expensive than some of those aios you listed. Another plus is that it has a much smaller chance of dying. I'm sure the fans will outlive any aio you could purchase today
