I am thinking of buying a SSD M2 PCI, but at the ones that I am looking have very bad reputation and people say that they fail easily. I am searching for a 1TB M.2 PCI for maximum 320BGN. Also, what do you guys think about the XPG SX8100,because some people say that its super good and others have problems with it since their first hours?

No idea why but dang your prices are way different than converting USD to BGN. I was going to say a Western Digital Black S750 is pretty decent, but the cost of it on your website is almost 150 BGN more. 

 

Samsung 860 Evo is pretty good, but it's 4BGN more than your budget.

 

The XPG is alright for your price.
