help pls

i have ryzen 3 3200G and my cpu cooler is not doing so great cooling the cpu because every time i play something more cpu demanding game the cooler starts going fast and noisy and its vibrating the computer case. and i havent even overcloked it. pls help specs Rx580,b450,ram 2x4GB 3200Mhz , amd ryzen 3 3200g+ default cooler ,HDD 2 Tb , vs450.

yea thats what happens when temps rise up 

thats normal

Try dusting out your computer with compressed air and changing out the thermal compound on the CPU cooler, if that doesn't work then get a better cooler such as this one:

It would be a problem if the fans didn't spin

Your HDD is the cause of vibrations. Stock cooler doesn't produce that kind of vibration that it would translate from mobo to case.
