i7 8700 memory support

It should be fine, although there will always be a small risk it wont run at that speed as it is technically above the supported speed of the CPU. Same problem applies regardless of which kit you get.

No issue with running 4 sticks of memory but if you don't have a Z370/Z390 board then you'll be limited to 2666mhz on the RAM, you didn't mention the frequency or the board

It will support it 

But don't go for quad sticks 

There is no actual bandwidth differences with these consumer chips

bord is maximus 11 hero (asus ROG) and the ram is "G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16Q-32GTZR" according to newegg

Running 4x8 is fine, as is 2x16. There is unlikely to be a difference in loading so the only minor potential benefit of 2x16 is leaving slots open for future upgrade. Both can be faster than 2x8 at same speeds/timing.
