I had flashed https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/213649/213649 bios on my gpu and it was working fine on latest 446.14 game ready drivers.
Today after 10 days, I thought of reinstalling drivers, I used ddu to remove and then again reinstall drivers, as soon as I installed drivers my UI became laggy having complete stutters and completely useless. Then I restored my pc back and everything started working again.
In the process of finding out why this was happening I lost that restore point and now I am stuck with this buggy case. I reinstalled windows and similar thing. The drivers that windows install work without any stuttering ver 432 but my gpu core clock is stuck at 800mv at 1605mhz and the gpu fans are also not scaling normally.
Gpu is recognized correctly as 2070 super but gpu z cant recognize current power draw like it used to before. Installing the latest driver again makes it buggy.
No changes from msi afterburner are working, as soon as I click apply, there's no output for sometime and then nothing works.

Before using ddu I was playing games on this same maching and was hitting 1950mhz at 1.037v easy was working fine.

Don't flash your cards if you're not willing to accept general 'Fu**ery' going on with your card. Also, once you find a graphics driver that works well incremental updates aren't really important. Flash the bios back to normal and uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

I messed up with the bios backup.
Flashed an unverified bios on my card but still wont bosst beyond 1605mhz also moving any slider even a bit on msi afterburner freezes everything.

How do I find the correct driver?
by manually installing all?
