ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo - ScreenPad+ not working well

I re-installed a new Windows OS on the ZenBook Pro Duo and unfortunately the Screenpad Plus isn't working anymore.

Also, tried looking for a fix on here   but to no avail. I couldn't find the "ScreenXpert" app on Windows Store or even the MYASUS app.

Anyone can help with a fix?
