Is my GPU dying?

Hello,

I had my RX 570 on 1350 core and 2000mhz memory clock. The first two days, everything worked without issues but today, after restarting my PC, when I wanted to open Disk Management, I had those weird color blocks and artifacts on my screen. I shut my PC down and restored the overclock. I heard that a bad overclock causes games to crash, but I wasn't in a game. So, is my GPU dying? She is, however, only 1 and a half month old.

Don't do it manually 

Use ddu (display driver uninstaller ) 

If you have any manual over clock on the GPU get rid of it

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
