Power Color 7790

 Ive tried, overclocking, ive tried underclocking, No Luck with this Card, I was told in another thread my CPU was not designed for my motherboard (Fx 4130 Asrock 960gm) Could that have something to do with this?

Also I have tried with mantle on in Battlefield 4, and Mantle off, Also tried 13.12

The gpu usage fps in games is shit

damn, I just dont understand why an fx 4130 would be throtteling a low end card like a 7790

You were right man, we replaced the CPU with an i5 2500k and we eliminated the throttling and got over 3x the FPS on battlefield 4

Cuz the fx4130 is a donut disguised as a cpu
