GPU Fan drops to 0 and goes back up for a short time

for like a short time my gpu ( 8GB Gigabyte GeForce RTX2070 WindForce 2X 3xDP/HDMI ) drops the fans to 0 and then back to normal making a click sound, these lines on the screenshot is the graph for when that is happening.

its gigabyte bios issue, u can set custom fan curve to fix

Under load?  Does it have a Zero Fan mode (meaning if under a specific temp it will just shut the fan off)

no it doesnt have that, thats why i was so worried.

okay that actually fixed it, 

 

should i be worried about the clock speed though ?

set optimal power mode in nvidia control panel if u want ur core clock and memory clock to drop while not needed

Clock speeds can vary

Under load it will boost at idle it can save power by not boosting

RTX 2070 WindForce *HAS* 0 RPM Mode...just so you are aware...
