Output to Input without VB Cable

Hey. How can I convert the output sound of spotify or for that matter any other application to microphone input (so it gets transferred over discord) without creating a loop, meaning when someone talks they hear themselves. I need this since discords listen together feature only works if everyone has spotify premium and not tidal or anything else.

Why don't you want to use VB? I mean, I know there not the ideal solution but they put the most development into this kind of software....
