a UPS is downright excessive for a gaming PC. It is a bummer when your PC unexpectedly shuts down, but a storage backup of your save files to prevent corruption is all you need. You can just choose what files you want to back up to something like google drive

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

just finished my first gaming pc i was thinking do i need a UPS ?  where i live there is still constructions going on sometimes the electricity cuts off

are this cuts dangerous for my pc or will harm my componements ?

power cuts could damage your pc parts if your unlucky, or corrupt your os/files, so a ups would help, but ya just having a backup of your data is probably fine

not really, a good PSU has loads of protections already, and generally it's a power surge that causes damage, not a power cut. You can also buy an inexpensive surge protector to bolster your setup, they can be found under $20 usually.
