Due to increasing price for a static IP i thought of buying a Dynamic IP itself which is much more cheaper and my Router has Dynamic DNS service Supported. But my main concern is that is it possible to host a file server as well as mail server on DDNS?
Please mention with brief steps as i am not too expert in port forwarding and all those stuff.

A Static IP is not explicitly necessary to host these services no. What steps are you in need of help with? Do you have a file server & mail server at least partially setup?

A few things to be aware of:

- Lots of remote mail servers will reject mail coming from an IP address part of a known dynamic block, as they will consider it very likely to be spam rather than a legitimate email.  So, mail sent by your server will carry a high risk of being rejected.

- Many ISP will block traffic on port 25 when you get a dynamic IP address from them.

Personally, I would consider moving this to a cloud VPS, or at the very least setting up a VPS as a Smart Host in front of your mail server (i.e. use that VPS for relaying outbound email).
