I need help with bios

I just finished building my computer and i cant for some reason get in my bios. I constantly press f2 or delete/backspace but it wont go into the bios. The motherboard is a tuf b450 pro gaming with ryzen 5 3600 and rtx 2060. Any ideas?¿ im just starting up my computer and thats all i can get on my screen in the pic.

Yes i tried f1.

Also i dont know why it says 2 keyboards i just have one in.

And what exactly happens if you now press F1 as it is suggested on the screen?

Did you try a CMOS reset?

f1 does nothing. No I didn’t do a CMOS reset

Okay.

Then you should do a CMOS reset.

 

Usually the Setup screen that you see on your display now, shows up after a CMOS reset.

I assume that the board has been sitting for a long time on a shelf and the battery got drained and now won't function for some reason correctly.

I mean i just bought the board last week from microcenter so i dont know.

Yeah of course, but who knows how long they had it in inventory for.

The CMOS battery could be dead.

 

I also just read that the initial BIOS setup might not work with a PCI-e attached graphics card and only works on integrated graphics, which of course you don't have, since it's a Ryzen CPU, but who knows if this is still true.

 

You might need to return the board if the CMOS reset doesn't work.
