Advice on thunderbolt 3

Heyya, 

 

So im scrapping my desktop setup in favour for a laptop setup as itll be more convenient in uni.

 

On my new laptop there is a thunderbolt 3 connection and ive seen a a few setups where they use this port for their monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam and mic

 

I am planning on doing the same thing however being the first time im going to be using a thunderbolt connection. can anyone recommend a dock or hub that i can use with the thunderbolt connection.

I want to be running my dual 1440p monitors and 5/6 USB peripherals and if possible an Ethernet line, this way i can just unplug a single cable and get on the move.

 

Also, I am wondering what would be the limit on hz for the monitors and would the thunderbolt 3 connection also be able to charge the laptop? (Razer Blade Pro 17)

Piece of advice. Avoid using the TB3 interface to power anything on the Razer model. It's improperly designed and tends to overload and catch fire under high stress.
