I've watched about 90% of reviews - that statement was not present in any single one of them. The are shit coolers (the MSI Evoke or Asus TuF) but the cards themselves run at similar power consumption and heat output to their Nvidia counterparts. For example, the 2060 and 5600 XT both use about 150-200W and both put out about that much heat. Same for the 2070 Super and 5700 XT (200-250) or 2060 Super and 5700 (~200). Don't make generalized statements that are objectively false, especially when just googling "Sapphire Nitro 5700 XT review" shows that the card runs extremely cool and quiet.

no he's right...AMD has been pushing out poorly performing heat generating chips for the past 8 or 10 years now but THIS generation they got it right...power consumption went down a fair bit and they are just now finaly being able to compete in that regard...but then, they have other issues...
