slower mobo ? what is that ?  do you mean what speed it can support ?

specs ? budget ? 

cpu?

sorry im not good at explaining I want to get 32gb of ram and the only one I like is 3200mhz and my motherboard is 2400mhz will my pc clock down the ram so it can run.

yes the board can only support up to 2400
