Mini ITX Build help

I want to build a mini itx pc but want it like a flashy rgb build. Any suggestions regarding the case and peripherals? My budget is $1500-$2000.

evolv shift -  nice case but doesn't run the coolest. There is and air version with better cooling

Rgb kinda takes me out of this one.  Rgb is proprietary.  It goes by product line so you pick the rgb product line and it limits everything else.  Rgb destroys the entire concept of white box imho.

 

Theres an argument for ignoring RGB, building your system, and then figuring out what rgb you can fit on it.

I am going with aorus gpu's so that it flashes rgb while being in a vertical gpu mount. Something along those lines?
