what is the BEST laptop 440 and below?

I am aware i cant play amazing demanding games for this price, i just want a good laptop or pc this price or under. I am a very cheap gamer and need help.

Not to be that guy but have you thought about getting a console? With that budget you wouldn't be able to do much in terms of building a computer capable of gaming, maybe check your local classifieds for a gaming computer someone is selling for cheap or save some more money before trying to buy one.
