msi gs63 only turned on while plugged in

Initially i thought my battery is broken so i replace it with another , but the problem still exist .
when im plugged in , no problem at all. It turn on like normal

Could be abroken battery connector or PCB damage

Does it have a charging light when powered off? Does Windows see the battery and report a capacity?

In window it detected as healthy battery ( new ) since i replaced it

Does it immediately shut off if you unplug the power when Windows is booted?

What is the issue then? Does it just not boot up when on just battery?

yeap, it just doesnt turn on until i plugged in AC adapter

Yeah, sounds like either damage or something wrong with the BIOS. Have you updated the BIOS recently? Is this an OEM battery or aftermarket?

Well, i did some research on google , turns out after i turn off fast startup setting in power option, it fixed the problem

Fully updated bios and OEM battery with full warranty
