My point from my mouse keeps moving around spartically on my screen

Could that be a sign that the sensor on my mouse is going. Since I've had this cheap gaming mouse for 4 years I think I bought it for like £5. Could this a a sign that I need to replace my mouse?

The same happened to my old mouse, i just swapped usb ports for a different chipset and used a different surface like a mousemat or desk and it got fixed

I don't think it could be dust as I use the air blowy thing every week
